  2. I hold the Bank, its directors, officers, stockholders, employees or agents, free and harmless from any and all claims, suits, obligations and liabilities whatsoever arising from, or in any way connected with, the Bank’s ownership of the vehicles subject of the bid or the bidding process.
  3. I have thoroughly inspected and examined the nature, quality, condition, and history of the vehicles subject of the bid, and have found them acceptable in all respects.
  4. I am aware that in the event that the vehicles are awarded to me, my right to purchase the same shall be exclusive and non-transferable
